Path to ICT

The process of personnel selection in ICT company

Review vacancies of the company and send us your Curriculum Vitae (CV). Please, indicate in your letter the job you are interested in and the city you would like to work in.

Your CV should include:
  • general information;
  • education and additional trainings;
  • previous working experience with key duties you were responsible for;
  • all additional information which presents you as a best candidate.
As soon as we receive your CV, we will e-mail you the answer (whether CV is considered as interesting for us or not). We analyze information indicated in your CV and decide on further selection process.

If there is no available vacancy we can offer you, we include information about you in ICT company database. When the new vacancies will appear, we will review your CV once again.

If there is an open vacancy you are interested in and you meet all the preliminary requirements, you will be asked to fulfill an application form and we will invite you for the interview.

The company developed a multilevel personnel selection system to make an efficient choice of future employees. We can use one of the following types of interview or combine them:

Phone interview
If your CV and application form passed preliminary selection, company’s representative will call you and will clarify main details.

Interview
We analyze candidate’s personal and professional skills, evaluate his/ her knowledge, compatibility with the team and his/ her relevance to the job.

Assessment – center selection
This method requires interviewing several candidates simultaneously. It consists of individual professional tasks, work in team, psychological tests, and group interview.

Selection results can be as follows:

  • refusal (candidate does not meet basic selection criteria);
  • we insert the information about the candidate into the company’s reserve data base;
  • invitation for the final selection level - an interview with the management of the company.
Final interview with the management of the company

Possible interview results:
  • refusal (candidate does not meet basic selection criteria);
  • we insert the information about the candidate into the company’s reserve data base;
  • job offer (includes probation period, in accordance with the legislation) and beginning of adaptation period.
